Stiimul Ehitus OÜ has been operating on the market since 2017, helping clients in Tallinn and Harju County carry out major and cosmetic renovation projects in both residential and office spaces. Every project is prepared individually: we assess the needs, build a practical work plan and select materials according to budget, timing and interior style.
We handle surface preparation, demolition and finishing, painting, flooring, plumbing and electrical works, as well as coordination of related stages. Our goal is not only a neat visual result, but also a well-managed process in terms of timing, workflow and communication.
