Renovation and door installation in Tallinn

The districts are very different. Panel buildings in Lasnamäe, Mustamäe and Õismäe typically have small bathrooms, concrete slabs and old wiring that often needs full replacement. Wooden houses in Kalamaja, Kopli and Nõmme mean timber structures, uneven floors and sometimes heritage rules. In new developments in Kesklinn and Põhja-Tallinn people often order finishing and doors for a shell apartment.

In the Old Town and heritage areas, changes to windows, doors and facades may have separate requirements – we explain them before work starts.
