What the cost of an apartment renovation depends on
Demolition and preparation
Removing old coverings, tiles, sanitary ware, the kitchen and partitions and levelling substrates can change the budget noticeably.
Walls, ceilings and floors
The price depends on whether only final finishing is needed or also substrate repair, surface preparation and fixing damage.
Technical work often defines the real budget
Electrical work
Sockets, lighting, rewiring, circuits and the distribution board are estimated separately and belong in the overall plan.
Plumbing and bathroom
Water, drainage, WC, boiler, mixers, waterproofing and tiling can be one of the largest parts of the estimate.
Doors, materials and logistics
Interior doors, floor coverings, finishing materials, delivery and waste removal should be clearly separated in the quote.

1. Description and photos
First we need the floor area, location, current condition of the apartment and the result you want.
2. Inspection
On site we check the real scope, access, technical constraints and possible risks.
3. Scope boundaries
We record what the quote includes and what still needs a decision: materials, extra rooms or changes during the work.
4. Estimate
Only once the scope is clear can we prepare a realistic budget and the next step.
Why there is no price list here
We do not publish a fixed price list or “from” prices, because a full renovation of apartments with the same floor area can differ several times over: the condition of the building, bathroom, electrics, materials and logistics matter more than the square metres. That is why we prepare the quote after inspecting the property.
