Terms of Use and Ordering
The Stiimul Ehitus OÜ website contains information about doors, windows, blinds, curtains, hardware and renovation works. The catalogue and product pages are informative: exact pricing, timing, configuration and installation availability are confirmed after the customer enquiry and agreement on details.
What we offer
The company carries out major and cosmetic renovation of residential and office spaces, plumbing and electrical works, helps with material selection and work planning, and also sells and installs interior and exterior doors, windows, roller blinds, curtains and related hardware.
Enquiry, offer and order
Submitting a form on the website does not automatically create a paid purchase. After receiving the request, we clarify the model, dimensions, opening direction, finish, accessories, installation and other important parameters, and only then send a tailored offer to the customer.
Custom-made products
Some doors, windows, blinds, curtains and similar solutions are manufactured or configured specifically for the customer's requested dimensions, finish, opening direction or accessories. For such products, the final terms, lead times and withdrawal possibilities are agreed individually before the order is confirmed.
Installation and warranty
The company provides a 2-year warranty for installation works. The warranty period starts from the handover of works to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project. The warranty covers the quality of installation under normal use and in accordance with product instructions.
Claims and feedback
If the customer has remarks regarding the product, installation or service, we ask that a written claim be sent with a description of the issue, contact details and, where possible, photos. We review claims within a reasonable time and reply in writing. Consumers have the right to submit claims in accordance with Estonian law.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute cannot be settled directly with the company, the consumer may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee and, where relevant, use the European Union online dispute resolution mechanisms applicable to the case.
